NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police say a man has died after a shooting in Norfolk on Sunday evening.
According to police, the call for the shooting came in around 8 p.m. in the 200 block of Poplar Avenue.
The victim was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was identified on Monday as Daymeion Carmon-Faison, 21, of Norfolk.
There’s no other information at this time. A man also died after a separate shooting Sunday morning on Fremont Street in Norfolk, but there’s no indication they’re linked at this time.
