NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Crews are working on the scene of a fire on the 5900 block of Polar Hall Drive in Norfolk, officials said.
Norfolk fire crews arrived around 5:50 p.m. and found smoke coming from a kitchen fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and no injuries were reported.
One woman was displaced and is being assisted by Red Cross. Crews remained on the scene for to handle smoke removal.
The cause is under investigation.
