NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police have arrested a suspect after a woman was seriously hurt in a domestic assault in a parking garage at MacArthur Center.
The woman was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police didn’t have additional details, but said the call came in at 12:30 p.m.
