NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A vehicle crashed into a Norfolk library Tuesday morning.
Police dispatch confirmed the vehicle hit the Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch in the 100 block of W. Ocean View Avenue around 9 a.m.
Joann Hughes with Norfolk Police confirmed the driver was not hurt and has been charged with failure to maintain control of vehicle and driving on a suspended license.
