PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured early Wednesday.
Emergency communications say they received the call around 2:17 a.m. for a gunshot victim in the 6000 block of Churchland Boulevard.
When officers arrived on scene, they located an adult male with a gunshot wound. The male victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
