PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Police are now conducting a death investigation in Portsmouth.
According to a tweet from Portsmouth Police, officers responded to the intersection of Green Street and Brighton Street around 12:35 p.m. Saturday regarding the incident.
