PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth police are searching for a 27-year-old man in connection to an August 2023 homicide.
Shawn Jamal Harmon, also known as Lil Shawn, has been charged with second-degree murder, possession of firearm by a felon and use of a firearm.
Just before 3 a.m. Saturday morning, Portsmouth police were called to an area hospital for the report of a walk-in gunshot wound incident.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found 31-year-old Keith Alexander Wright with fatal gunshot wounds.
Harmon is 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He is considered armed and dangerous.
