PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Two Hampton Roads cities were in the top 10 on a recent survey by Lawn Love for the worst cities for people with grass allergies this summer.

Virginia Beach and Hampton were ranked No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. Washington D.C. came in the No. 1 spot for the worst city for those with a grass allergy. The study was sorted into three categories: allergy risk, allergen severity and lack of access to allergy care.

Virginia Beach received an overall score of 70.9 out of 100.
