SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Suffolk Public Works Department announced that the Route 58, Holland Road Corridor Widening project is preparing to implement a traffic shift.
This adjustment will impact the stretch from Grove Avenue to Center Point Drive, redirecting westbound traffic to the completed northern side of the road. The shift is to help give better access to creating the median for the final phase in the project.
The traffic pattern adjustment is anticipated to begin by the end of July, subject to weather conditions. The traffic pattern for the eastern section of the project, extending from Grove Avenue to the US 13 Bypass, will remain unchanged.
