Veterans for Peace establishes new chapter in Hampton Roads

North Carolina veterans share stories of Vietnam war (WGHP)

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Anti-war group Veterans for Peace (VFP) has established a new chapter in Hampton Roads.

The group states it has over 100 chapters across the globe comprised of military veterans and allies who are focused on a culture of peace.


According to the organization’s website, their mission is to:

National Director of Veterans for Peace, Mike Ferner will visit Hampton Roads later this month to introduce the new chapter during three events.
