PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Fire Rescue and Emergency Services responded to an 18-wheeler on fire on Wednesday morning.

The truck was completely engulfed in flames. A giant puff of black smoke could be seen for miles.

Multiple units responded to the scene. The cause or extent of damage is currently unknown.
