VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach Animal Care & Adoption Center is full.

To encourage adoptions, starting Friday, Oct. 20, all adoption fees will be waived. This will continue all weekend long, through Sunday, Oct. 22. They are open noon to 5 p.m. each day.
