CLUBWAKA Summer Games hosted in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) – Assemble your team and get ready to compete in the CLUBWAKA Summer Games, sponsored by the City of Williamsburg.

On July 20, 2024, CLUBWAKA is bringing back new Olympic Games for a fun day of friendly competition in Williamsburg, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.


The Quarterpath Rec Center will open at 10 a.m. for The Summer Games. Team players will participate in the opening ceremony and complete a series of tournaments, such as Pong Madness, Cornhole Ladder, Hippity Hop Obstacle Course, Badminton and Speed Giant Jenga, for the summer glory.

A portion of the event registration will go to Here for the Girls, Inc., a local non-profit organization that helps improve the lives of women who were affected by breast cancer.

Teams are encouraged to meet their fellow competitors at the pre-game socials the night before at the Maria Bonita Bar & Grille. The after-games awards party will be hosted at the Precarious Beer Project.
