NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man who pleaded guilty to his involvement in a 2017 Norfolk double shooting will serve five years in prison.
Kameron Sellers was sentenced to 50 years with 45 years suspended on Friday in Norfolk Circuit Court on two second-degree murder charges.
The Ashby Street shooting on April 18, 2016, left 33-year-old Jeffrey Stallings and 20-year-old Casey Kayser dead.
Sellers’ friend Quedell Higgs was recently sentenced to 80 years in prison for shooting Stallings and Kayser. Sellers pleaded guilty to being involved in the shooting back in April.
