The News Observer did a pretty extensive profile on him and his recent actions. They pointed out his new “top secret” filming studio and two watchtowers that stand outside. They aren’t used to provide actual security like some would think. Instead, they’re used for his content, just as most things he builds are.

His studio, which was purchased in 2021, has no name or logo indicating that it’s his building, but Pitt County records connect the two, including the fact it’s located on Sugg Parkway in the northern part of the county.

In an interview in 2022, he showed off the $14 million facility he operates out of, including a 50,000-square-foot warehouse. Since then, he has purchased more land and more buildings for stunts and content creation.

Even though his popularity continues to grow, he has shown no desire to relocate his operations to a larger city, saying he likes the affordability and support of those in Eastern North Carolina.
