Florence is expected to continue moving in this direction through Wednesday night, before turning to the west northwest with decreased speed.

By early next week, Florence is expected to turn back to the northwest.

The hurricane center said although some weakening could be possible, Florence is expected to remain a strong storm through the early parts of next week.
