(NBC) — NBC’s “Deal or No Deal Island” will bring another episode of high drama Monday night following “The Voice.”
Last week viewers watched the updated game show’s first elimination out of its 13 contestants.
“I mean you can get into the spiritual, what is meant to be is meant to be,” said host Joe Manganiello.
For contestant Aron his final case’s value would determine whether he went home or got to send another contestant home.
“You can get rid of your enemies if you win, but if you’re not, you’re out and that changes the dynamic of the game at every single turn,” said Manganiello.
This first time around it was an elimination that set the stage for allegiances and betrayals throughout the season, players taking on challenges to grab big money cases that build to a season-ending jackpot.
“None of us could sleep a lot of the nights because we were so amped up about what just happened and thinking about the permutations of what could happen down the road,” said Manganiello.
On a journey that continues Monday night.
Watch “Deal or No Deal Island” on Monday at 10 p.m., right after “The Voice.”
