NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police arrived on scene early Sunday morning to a call in the Norfolk area for reports of a suspicious person.
After arriving on scene, officials located a large man in a red suit committing a ‘reverse larceny’.
Confused by his motive, officers figured they would help out! They continued into the day handing out a variety of toys to those in need.
All jokes aside, this event was made possible by those with The Ricky Johnson Foundation. The group has continuously touched the lives of tens of thousands of children and families in Richmond and surrounding area’s.
