FRISCO, N.C. (WAVY) — A woman was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder on Wednesday in Frisco, deputies said.

On Nov. 6, around 8:20 p.m., Dare County deputies in the C-District responded to the scene for an accident with unknown injury in the 52700 block of NC-2 HWY in Frisco.

A subject was transported to the Outer Banks Hospital for injuries.

65-year-old Susan E. Myers has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault with deadly weapon/intent to kill/inflicting serious injury and assault with a deadly weapon.

Myers is currently being held at the Dare County Detention Center with a $75,000 bond.
