YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Authorities says a person was seen on surveillance cameras tampering with vehicles in York County.
According to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office, this person was seen around 4 a.m. on June 19 tampering with cars in the 100 Block of Ceswick Circle — in the Tabb section of the county.
