Police say they have identified an “armed and dangerous” man in connection to a March 20 shooting that injured one man.
Hampton police officers were called to a Kentucky Fried Chicken/Taco Bell combination restaurant on West Pembroke Avenue for a shooting.
An 18-year-old man from Newport News was found at the scene with a gunshot wound considered not life-threatening. Both the victim and the shooter reportedly knew each other.
Police say 19-year-old Christopher Donte Walker is currently wanted on charges of maiming, use of a firearm in a felony, shooting at an occupied building, and discharging a firearm.
According to police, no photo of Walker is available.
