JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Three people are in custody after suspects broke into a James City County apartment and stole marijuana and firearms.

James City County Police said suspects set up a deal to buy marijuana from a home in the 100 block of Tilghman Court in the early morning hours of Feb. 8.

Police said four suspects forced their way into the apartment with guns brandished and forced people inside the home to face the living room wall.

The suspects took marijuana, a wallet, cell phone and four firearms.

Police said an investigation led detectives to identify Jeremiah Dandridge as one of the suspects. He is charged with robbery and breaking and entering, both felonies.

A second suspect, Timothy Brugliera, was arrested on May 3, while a 17-year-old was referred to juvenile intake. Warrants are pending against a fourth person.
