CARROLLTON, Va. (WAVY) — Firefighters are on scene of a structure fire as of 1:56 p.m. in the 2300 block of Villa Court.
When Smithfield Volunteer Fire and Carrollton Fire departments arrived, they found a residential apartment fire that was isolated to one unit. Two other units in the building experienced smoke damage, but will be able to return home.
The single unit that did experience the fire was housing two adults who have been displaced by the damage.
