CHOWAN COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — Video released Wednesday shows a man authorities are looking for in connection to break-ins in Chowan County.
The Chowan County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post that the recent break-ins mostly happened in the Edenton area.
