(WGHP) – The Triad has been in a rainy weather pattern for most of May, but we’re hoping the weather cooperates for All-Star Race week in North Wilkesboro.

Here’s a look at the weather day-by-day in the ‘Boros.

Thursday: NASCAR All-Star Race Hauler Parade & Fan Fest

On Thursday at North Wilkesboro, Fan Fest in the Boros is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the NASCAR All-Star Hauler Parade around 6 p.m.

Of all the days this week, Thursday has the lowest rain chances in North Wilkesboro. While that’s good news, a stray shower or storm can’t be ruled out.

Skies are expected to be mostly sunny Thursday afternoon with temperatures reaching the upper 70s.

While we’ll see some sunshine, there’s still a 20% chance for an isolated shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon and early evening. Bring an umbrella with you just in case a shower pops up!
