KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) — As Super Bowl LVIII draws nearer, the Kansas City Chiefs are taking over their rival’s stadium more and more.

With the Las Vegas Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium hosting the big game, Chiefs logos have been popping up all over the place.

It started with simple banners and signs, showing the Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers’ logos to promote the Super Bowl.

Then crews started painting the field at Allegiant Stadium over the weekend, and by Monday, members of the Kingdom could see a red and yellow Chiefs end zone.

The Chiefs are already using the Raiders’ practice facility this week while the 49ers use the practice field at UNLV.

Now the Raiders’ locker room is on loan to the Chiefs this week and is already decked out in Chiefs Kingdom décor.

The Sphere in Las Vegas was also lit up as a bright red Chiefs helmet, and Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes even took over the massive orb for a new Adidas ad.

The Chiefs are even popping up on Las Vegas billboards.

Chiefs fans have long joked that the Raiders’ stadium is “Arrowhead West,” so Raider Nation might not appreciate seeing all these Chiefs logos.

The division rivalry has been brewing in recent years. The Chiefs have owned the AFC West since 2016, but they lost to the Raiders on Christmas Day this season.
