PERQUIMANS COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — Police and fire crews responded to the scene of two separate crashes, involving tractor-trailer crashes, in Perquimans County Monday afternoon.
One of the crashes happened on the 1100 block Ocean Highway North near Old Hickory Road. A detour route is in place and officials are asking motorist to proceed with caution.
The other crash happened on Davenports Lane just off of Ocean Highway, but traffic flow has not been impacted.
Officials have not said what caused the crashes or if anyone was injured.
