PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Elizabeth River Ferry is down until further notice due to mechnical issues, Hampton Roads Transit says.
In a tweet at 10:08 a.m., HRT says buses will be dispatched to transports people between the ferry landings, and passengers should expect possible delays.
