CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Department of Transportation wants to hear from you.
VDOT will hold a citizens information meeting as part of the I-64/I-464 Interchange Access Report (IAR) study in Chesapeake.
The study focuses on traffic at the ramps located at the I-64/I-464 cloverleaf interchange and to and from Route 17 (Dominion Boulevard) and Route 168 (Chesapeake Expressway).
A spokesperson for VDOT stated the goal of the study is to develop alternatives for all movements at this interchange through a detailed traffic and safety operations analysis.
During the upcoming meeting, the public will have the opportunity to review material and exhibits on display at the meeting. Additionally, VDOT representatives will be on-hand to take questions at open house-style meeting.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 24 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Crestwood Intermediate School, 1240 Great Bridge Blvd. in Chesapeake.
