VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A multi-vehicle crash has caused lane closures and delays Friday afternoon on Interstate 264 in Virginia Beach.

According to VDOT, the west inside right lane and right shoulder are closed due to a crash on I-264 near Newtown Rd.

No further information has been released at this time. It is unclear when the lanes will reopen.
