PASQUOTANK COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — Authorities arrested a fourth suspect on Thursday in connection to a shooting that left a 21-year-old man dead in July

The Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Office said Devon Khamari Revelle was found in the roadway near the intersection of Esclip Road and Dry Ridge Road on July 2 with multiple gunshot wounds. Revelle was pronounced dead at the scene.

Willis Alonzo George, Jr., 22, has been charged with first degree murder. He was also served an outstanding warrant for child support, police say. 

Three other suspects from Elizabeth City including 22-year-old Dazis Davante Bonds, 22-year-old Daquan Lee Spencer and 25-year-old Donald Edward Spencer Jr. were also arrested in connection to the homicide.
